SHORT TREATMENTS

Shiro Dhara : Dhara is one of the special treatment evolved from the genius of the traditional system of Indian medicine known as AYURVEDA. Shiro dhara a unique Soothing procedure in which a gentle stream of warm medicated oils are poured On the forehead ( third eye) . Treatment is useful in all psychological disorders Like Depression, Insomnia, Anxiety, Stress, Chronic headache, Migraine and High blood pressure.

Massage : Ayurveda advise massage to be practiced everyday. There is no daily routine as beneficial as this for preserving youthfulness, removing vata problems, for comforting the eyes, toning up the body, sound sleep, softness and firmness of the skin, preventing skin diseases and for long life. Massages available in Ayurveda House are :

Steam Bath : The treatment done with raw herbs used to steam the body benefiting musculo skeleton system, opening pores of the body, thus helps in removing the metabolic waste through skin.

 

 

Foot Reflexology : It is a concept that has not yet been recognized by practitioners of western science. Foot Reflexology is a less harmful, more healing approach to ailments and for the maintenance of health.

 

 

NASYA : Nasya is more or Less essential in all ailments above the neck. The effect of nasya is not only its immediate results but even as a permanent cure for terrible diseases like Hemiplegia , Facial paralysis, Migraines, Loss of taste and smell, Sinusitis, Swooning, Delirious fever etc.

 

AKSHI TARPANA : For any type of chronic and acute eye problems ‘akshi tarpana’ a treatment, which is done with medicated ghee that helps to eradicate the diseases Glaucoma, Conjunctivitis, any type of vision problems from the root.

BASTI : This is one the treatments prescribed for vata dominated patients, and overcomes all diseases, revives ojas and rejuvenates the body. Basti is a process of injecting the fluid material through the anal, urinary or vaginal channel.

Naturopathy Package : This is treatment package for either one or two days for detoxifying your body Without any medicine by therapies like massage, herbal steam bath and enema.

 PANCHAKARMA

Panchkarma is a part of purification therapies of Ayurveda “Panch” means five and “Karma” means actions, so simply translated it is a set of five systematic actions used for the purification of the body. It is used to bring the aggrevated Doshas into balance & to flush and accumulated ‘AMA’ toxins from the body using the normal modes of elimination like the intestines, sweat glands and Urinary tract.
Elimination is a natural body instinct but over a period of time and In case of Dosha imbalance, these wastes are not effectively eliminated from the body.

These waste tend to stick into minute channels of the body known as Srotas and start producing diseases. Panchkarma is considered to be the most radical Way to cleanse the body thereby eliminate once and for all the disease causing Doshas and the toxins.

Treatment is done for 21 days, 15 days, 11 days and 7 days.

The five main actions used for elimination are as follows :

  1. Vamana (emesis)
  2. Virechana (purgation)
  3. Basti (enema)
  4. Nasya (nasal)
  5. Rakta mokshna (blood letting)

AYURVEDA REJUVENATION PACKAGE

Rejuvenating our body is necessary as the age advances. This Therapy provides better harmony of BODY, MIND & SOUL. The treatment consists of body massages with different herbal oils, Steam baths, Enemas also known as Basti, Nasya and Shirodhara. The major benefits of rejuvenation package are increase of life span, Enhancement of endurance levels and improved sensory perception.
